Role and Responsibilities
1. Act as the first point of contact for HR-related matters on the shop floor. Partner with line managers to address employee queries, grievances, and daily workforce requirements.
2. Drive end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination.
3. Conduct HR interviews and participate in panel discussions for various roles.
4. Support manpower planning and execution of staffing for shop floor and other functions.
5. Facilitate onboarding, induction programs, and smooth integration of new hires. Assist in implementing HR policies, performance management processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
6. Prepare regular MIS reports, track attendance, and monitor shop-floor HR metrics. Collaborate with corporate HR teams on learning, compliance, and culture-building initiatives.
