About the Job:

- We are looking for an experienced Admin + HR Generalist to manage administrative operations and support HR functions.

- The role requires a proactive individual with expertise in office management, compliance, vendor coordination, and HR activities such as recruitment support, payroll assistance, and employee engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee office administration, facility management, and daily operations.

- Manage company vehicles, drivers, and transportation arrangements.

- Handle VISA processing and FRRO registration for employees and expats.

- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations.

- Process invoices and bills in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Supervise housekeeping, security, and general administrative activities.

- Ensure regulatory compliance with Fire NOC, DG set, and factory licenses.

- Organize and manage company events, cultural activities, and employee engagement programs.

- Support the recruitment process, including interview coordination and onboarding.

- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

- Assist in payroll processing and leave management.

- Handle employee grievances and escalate issues when necessary.

- Implement HR policies and support employee engagement initiatives.

- Ensure statutory compliance with HR regulations and company policies.

- Assist in performance appraisal coordination and employee training programs.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong administrative and HR management skills.

- Proficiency in SAP and HRMS/administrative software.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.

- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities effectively.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree (Preferably MBA/B.Com or HR-related field) with relevant experience.
