About the job:
Location: Dadar East
Face to face interview (Only) are on 22nd March 2025 between 11am to 1 pm.
Requisites:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA in HR is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Payroll, Legal Compliances.
- Excellent knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and employee relations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with HOD's / Director for manpower requirement, create and update job descriptions.
- Sourcing candidates from various channels like employee reference, recruitment agencies.
- Screening and conducting the interview and taking the initial round interview.
Onboarding and Induction:
- Welcome newly hired employees, manage the end to end onboarding process, ensuring a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles.
- Send information about the company policies.
- Completing all their documentation part in HRMS portal.
HR Operations:
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letter, increment letter, experience letter etc.
- Handling the Mediclaim insurance of all the employees
- Monthly leave management and attendance management.
- Manage the employee database in HRMS portal.
- Solving the employee queries.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the needs of the organization.
Payroll / Compensation & Benefits:
- Design the salary structure & benefits.
- Processing payroll - Calculating employees pay based on days worked, tax deduction and relevant benefits
- Benefit administration - Health insurance, EPF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Leave Encashment etc.
- Responding to employee queries regarding payroll and generating payroll reports.
Statutory / Legal Compliance:
- To make sure the organization complying as per the state labour laws.
- Prepare PF, ESIC, PT, LWF reports and share it to the vendor for challan generation and cross check the same and confirm.
- Have knowledge about EPF Act, ESIC Act, Minimum wages Act, Maternity Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, LWF Act, Income Tax Act etc.
