HR Business Partner
Overview:
- The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals while supporting employee development and engagement.
- This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, organizational development, and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement people strategies that support business objectives
- Provide expert consultation on complex employee relations issues, performance management, and organizational development
- Lead workforce planning initiatives including talent acquisition, succession planning, and retention strategies
- Design and facilitate leadership development programs and training initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
- Coach managers on effective leadership practices, conflict resolution, and team development
- Drive change management initiatives during organizational transitions
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 4-5 years in a business partner role in ITES
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, talent management, and organizational development
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics
