HR Business Partner
About the Role:
A must-have for this role is hands-on experience in designing and implementing OKR-driven performance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with department heads to develop, implement, and track OKRs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, appraisals, and feedback loops.
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, talent development, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Drive employee engagement through structured initiatives, pulse checks, and feedback-driven action planning.
- Support culture-building efforts in alignment with organizational values and leadership behaviors.
- Use HR analytics to monitor attrition, engagement, and performance trends; recommend data-backed solutions.
- Manage employee relations and policy implementation, ensuring compliance and consistency across teams.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition and L&D teams to ensure alignment in hiring, onboarding, and upskilling.
Requirements:
- 6 to 14 years of experience in HRBP roles, preferably in high-growth consumer, tech, or wellness brands.
- Proven track record of implementing OKRs and performance frameworks in a growing organization.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement practices, HR policies, and talent development frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools, Google Suite, and performance tracking systems.
- Self-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setup.
