What You'll Do:
- Partner with senior leadership to design and execute impactful HR strategies, programs, and policies.
- Lead key people initiatives to strengthen engagement, drive performance, and enhance employee experience.
- Champion culture, inclusion, and well-being through targeted interventions.
- Oversee the complete performance management lifecycle and guide your team through critical talent priorities.
- Collaborate with L&D to identify and deliver training programs aligned with business needs.
Provide direction and mentorship to a team of 5-10 HR professionals.
What You Bring:
- MBA in HR (Tier I preferred) with 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience in global IT services.
- Demonstrated expertise across the entire employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing HR teams.
- A problem-solving mindset, analytical rigor, and exceptional communication skills.
- Proven track record in handling complex employee relations and partnering with senior stakeholders.
This is an office based role in Bangalore with some flexibility.
