Summary: An HRBP who will manage and guide resource planning, competency assessment, performance management, talent retention, career planning, and development.
He/she will be actively participating in building a high-performance culture with a focus on Learning, Agility, and Continuous Improvement.
The candidate should have good exposure in employee engagement, OD Interventions, and Culture Building, must be a self-driven professional who can Ideate, implement & achieve executional excellence.
Qualification and experience:
Full Time MBA/ PGDBM in HR from a reputed institute.
- 5 to 12 years of experience in HR with a Background of Talent Management or OD interventions that include management/leadership development and talent review process exposures.
- Flexibility to work across the board with global managers in their respective time zones
- Ability to operate independently with minimal direction from a manager.
- Strong problem-solving skills & Ability to do Critical Thinking. Have the ability to analyze data.
- Demonstrated orientation to understanding the business strategy, and the ability to apply talent management process and tools to support & meet strategic business objectives.
- Should be a result-oriented, self-starter, proactive, strong motivator, collaborative, focused on team cohesion, dynamics & constantly improve quality of performance
- Have a close eye for detail, accuracy, follow-through, and excellent organizational & interpersonal skills
- Strong process orientation & ability to work with data. Excellent oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Driving employee engagement activities across a commercial organization
- Supporting R&R and Talent management
- Implementing the design and execution of organization development projects in consultation with business
- Diagnose individual, team, and organization issues and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Provide HR expertise and/or partner with TA teams in increasing hiring efficiency for the commercial organization
- Contribute towards building a strong EVP
