We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Human Resource Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Business Partnering, strong analytical skills, and expertise in designing and executing strategies aligned with organizational goals. This role will be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence and a competitive reward framework for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Partnership

- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR-related matters.

- Drive change management initiatives to support business transformation.

2. Talent Management & Development

- Develop and implement employee development and succession planning programs.

- Partner with managers on performance management and coaching.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

- Implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

- Address employee relations issues and support conflict resolution.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

- Support HR data analysis and reporting for decision-making.

- Partner with HR teams to optimize processes (e.g., payroll, benefits, recruitment).

5. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

- Promote DEI initiatives and best practices.

- Support leadership in creating an equitable and diverse work environment.
