- To support their ambitious growth, we are seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive the people strategy for one of their key businesses, specifically focusing on supply chain and operations teams. This role is pivotal in shaping workforce productivity, talent strategy, and employee experience while safeguarding the organization's culture. You will be expected to play a hands-on role to decide and deploy strategy that delivers a strong business advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and execute the end-to-end people strategy, covering all key hire-to-retire HR processes.

- Partner with functional and business leaders to drive talent management, performance, and engagement strategies.

- Lead the Frontline Excellence charter, managing HR operations for a large blue-collar workforce across multiple locations.

- Deploy people-centric strategies to enhance employee motivation, workforce efficiency, and business performance.

- Measure and optimize the effectiveness of HR initiatives through continuous feedback loops and data-driven insights.

Your Profile:

- 4-7 years of strategic HRBP experience, preferably in retail, supply chain, or operations-focused environments.

- Strong expertise in performance management, leadership development, and organizational behavior.

- Proven ability to manage large-scale, distributed workforces, particularly in blue-collar segments.

- High ownership mindset, problem-solving skills, and a strategic approach to HR execution.
