Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Partner with business to arrive at win-win solutions for both business and talent
Capability building:
- Partner with employees and the L&D team on capability building journey
Employee Relations:
- Will be first point of contact for any employee grievance.
- Should facilitate education of all employees in the region on CoC and other mandatory trainings.
- Drive employee experience and connect with the employees in the region, be the culture custodian, uphold organization culture and values, and create a culture of recognition.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Be the face of all strategic people initiatives and should also share on ground information about employee welfare and competition best practices.
- Use HR metrics and analytics to provide insights to senior leadership on workforce planning, retention and employee engagement.
