Job description: The candidate will manage all the regional branches in IC capacity.
Key focus will be:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business + HR strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process across the zone
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Support current and future business needs through hiring, development, engagement & retention
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Ensure legal compliances along with HO HR Ops, Payroll, Finance teams
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits, local market trends
- Support and participate in Regional and Corporate HR initiatives and projects
