HR Business Partner (join leadership team) ||AI-Tech Start up|| Gurgaon

A rapidly growing AI-driven technology company with operations in India and the USA is seeking an experienced and strategic HR leader to join in Gurgaon.

Role Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join our leadership team and shape the HR strategy of The ideal candidate will have 710 years of relevant HRBP experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in technology or startup ecosystems.

This role will be pivotal in setting up robust HR processes, managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, and serving as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees.

Must Have:

- 710 years of HRBP experience, preferably in startups or tech companies.

Qualification: MBA in Human Resources from a premier business school/institute

- Proven ability to work closely with leadership and influence org-wide initiatives.

- Proven experience setting up and scaling HR processes from scratch.

- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR policies, and compliance.

- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

- A people-first mindset with a bias for action.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic People Leadership

- Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all talent and culture matters.

- Craft and deliver a people strategy that supports business growth and long-term goals.

- Position HR as a catalyst for innovation, collaboration, and organizational success.

End-to-End Employee Lifecycle

- Oversee the full spectrum of people processes from hiring and onboarding to performance, learning, payroll, engagement, and exits.

- Champion initiatives that boost employee satisfaction, retention, and career growth.

Talent Attraction & Employer Brand

- Partner with business leaders to hire exceptional talent and build strong pipelines.

- Design innovative hiring strategies and strengthen the companys presence as an employer of choice in the tech ecosystem.

Performance & Workplace Culture

- Deploy performance frameworks, OKRs, and continuous feedback systems.

- Nurture a high-trust, inclusive, and values-driven culture.

- Lead wellness, diversity, equity, inclusion, and engagement programs.

Policies & Compliance

- Design and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and process guidelines.

- Ensure full adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements.

People Insights & Analytics

- Build dashboards and reports that track critical HR metrics and trends.

- Provide data-backed insights to drive leadership decisions
