About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing business cluster. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving talent acquisition, learning and development, recognition programs, workforce planning, and employee engagement. This is a strategic, high-impact role responsible for ensuring organizational effectiveness while maintaining compliance with labor laws and factory standards.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for the cluster (sourcing, salary fitments, offer closures).
- Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and design recruitment strategies.
- Ensure smooth and engaging onboarding processes for new hires.
2. Learning & Development
- Design and implement training programs aligned with future business needs.
- Monitor and measure training effectiveness; adjust as required.
- Oversee skill development centers for factory workers.
3. Recognition & Rewards (R&R)
- Develop and implement reward and recognition programs to motivate and retain employees.
- Recognize and celebrate employee contributions across the cluster.
4. Business Partnership
- Drive workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
- Monitor HR metrics and propose improvements.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, providing strategic HR solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters while aligning HR with business objectives.
5. Employee Engagement & Compliance
- Champion employee engagement initiatives across the cluster.
- Handle employee grievances and foster a positive ER (Employee Relations) environment.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, safety regulations, and compliance standards across 7+ CMUs (Contract Manufacturing Units).
Qualifications & Skills Required :
- MBA with a specialization in Human Resources from a Tier 1 institute (preferred).
- 3 - 7 years of proven experience as HRBP or HR Generalist, preferably in Agri-business / FMCG / Manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and factory HR practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to strategically partner with business leaders and deliver actionable HR solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
