Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to support our Ad Sales function. The ideal candidate will bring strong stakeholder management, data orientation, and business acumen with an ability to influence, drive performance, and support a high-impact sales team. Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnership (3040% Sales-Facing Role):
- Work closely with the Ad Sales leadership team to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Be a trusted advisor to frontline and senior sales stakeholders.
Talent Management & Succession Planning:
- Identify and develop key talent.
- Drive career pathing, internal mobility, and succession strategies.
Training & Capability Building:
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to deliver targeted sales training, onboarding, and skill enhancement programs.
Performance Management:
- Facilitate goal-setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews.
- Coach managers on feedback and performance discussions.
HR Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Analyze workforce data (attrition, engagement, performance trends) to inform talent strategies and initiatives.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to execute HR initiatives effectively.
Employee Engagement & TM Activities:
- Drive team-building activities, pulse surveys, and engagement action planning for the sales workforce.
Compliance & Policy Implementation:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, employment laws, and ethical practices.
Key Requirements:
- 45 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HRBP supporting Sales or Commercial functions.
- MBA/PGDM in HR from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.
- Strong communication and presentation skills must be confident, well-groomed, and assertive.
- Proven ability to work with data and derive insights to influence people decisions.
- Prior exposure to dynamic, target-driven teams like Ad Sales is a plus.
