HR Business Partner
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the business, and partner with relevant stakeholders to drive HR strategies that enable a culture of fairness, meritocracy and transparency in the organization
- Liaison with Talent Acquisition and Business Teams to ensure seamless onboarding and assimilation of new hires thus, enhancing their early-stage experience
- Lead the Talent Review Process and drive a high-performance culture by coaching managers to adopt a data-backed decision-making approach, and to consistently deliver constructive feedback Partner with the Learning Team to assess skill gaps and design relevant employee development initiative
- Drive adoption of Talent Management programs focused on engagement of employees and succession planning of critical roles
- Foster two-way communication by facilitating regular leader connects, and addressing employee concerns
- Leverage data-led insights to drive the right conversations within business teams and ensure governance of established frameworks
