Position: Human Resources - Business Partner

Position Summary:
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to work closely with the CEO and leadership team, strengthening people practices and driving employee success across the lifecycle. This role blends strategic business partnering with hands-on execution in talent management, employee engagement, hiring support, and HR operations. It is ideal for someone who wants to influence people strategy while staying actively involved in execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align people priorities with growth objectives.
- Drive performance management, career progression, and development initiatives.
- Lead employee engagement programs and champion company culture.
- Support hiring teams to meet talent needs.
- Oversee core HR operations, including onboarding, exits, policies, and compliance.
- Leverage HR systems and data to ensure smooth, consistent processes.
Ideal Profile:
- 8-12 years of HR experience, with strong expertise in business partnering and talent management.
- Experience managing recruitment and HR operations within an HRBP role.
- Comfortable working directly with leadership in a dynamic, scaling environment.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field is mandatory.
