HR Business Partner
Job Description:
Strategic HR Partnering:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand key priorities and workforce requirements. Align HR strategies to business objectives to drive productivity, culture, and performance.
- Act as a thought partner for leadership on org design, team dynamics, and talent development.
Performance Management & Talent Development:
- Lead performance review cycles, OKR/KRA alignment, and calibration processes.
- Identify high-potential talent and build development and retention plans.
- Partner with L&D to design functional learning roadmaps and interventions.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
- Drive engagement initiatives (Pulse surveys, town halls, connect programs).
- Monitor engagement scores and work with leaders on targeted action plans.
- Be a custodian of Magicbricks core values and foster a strong team culture.
HR Operations & Analytics:
- Use data-driven insights to guide business decisions on attrition, headcount, and productivity.
- Support manpower planning, workforce optimization, and budget forecasting.
- Leverage HR systems/tools to streamline processes and improve employee experience.
Employee Relations & Policy Implementation:
- Act as a trusted advisor for employee issues and workplace concerns.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR policies in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Conduct investigations, resolve grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
