About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Bangalore. This role will be pivotal in aligning our people strategy with business goals, driving HR initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture. As an HRBP, you will work closely with leadership and employees to build an engaged, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and provide strategic HR support.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding.
- Drive performance management processes and support a continuous feedback culture.
- Lead initiatives for talent development, retention, and succession planning.
- Address employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and labor laws.
- Support organizational changes and ensure effective communication across teams.
- Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal HR policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to support workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in HR roles, preferably as an HRBP.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Prior experience in fast-paced/startup environments is a plus.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data-driven decision-making are advantages.
