HR Business Partner
Key Responsibilities:
- The HRBP will be responsible for the Operations function as well as certain support functions, overseeing a headcount of approx. 800 people.
- Handle productivity, employee grievances, day-to-day on-ground operations & people issues.
- Work closely with the P&L Heads and Founders
- Independently manage and present dashboards/data
- Plan & manage TA and pipeline of candidates
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of less than 15 days are highly preferred.
