
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to workforce demographics, talent acquisition, performance, learning, compensation, and retention.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, scorecards, and reports for leadership teams.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce trends, turnover, productivity, and engagement.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify analytics needs and deliver solutions.
- Build predictive models (e.g., attrition risk, hiring demand, succession planning) to support strategic HR initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data privacy standards.
- Support HR technology optimization (HRIS, ATS, LMS, payroll systems) for enhanced reporting and analytics.
- Benchmark HR metrics against industry standards to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and IT teams for cross-functional data projects.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
- Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization skills.
- Understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, or Workforce Planning (experience level depends on the position level).
- Demonstrated experience with HR data reporting, visualization, and predictive modeling.
