Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data (recruitment, attrition, headcount, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, HR MIS reports, and analytics on a weekly/monthly basis
- Track key HR metrics such as employee engagement, hiring efficiency, and training impact
- Support compensation analysis, workforce planning, and forecasting
- Identify HR trends and provide actionable insights to improve talent strategies
- Ensure HR data accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy
- Assist in audits, policy benchmarking, and preparation of HR presentations
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and recruitment teams to optimize HR strategies
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in HR analytics or HR operations (healthcare experience preferred)
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (SAP, Zoho People, Workday, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of confidentiality and integrity
