Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead to drive integrated marketing for HostBooks ERP business.

This role blends brand leadership, demand generation, digital strategy, and industry engagement to position HostBooks as a leading ERP player.

The ideal candidate brings a mix of creative storytelling, analytical rigor, and B2B SaaS marketing expertise, with experience in building high-growth marketing engines for enterprise technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & PR Strategy


- Define and amplify HostBooks ERP brand positioning across digital and offline channels.

- Build a strong media presence through thought leadership, PR campaigns, analyst relations, and industry partnerships.

- Craft compelling brand narratives aligned with growth objectives.

Digital Marketing & Demand Generation

- Lead an integrated digital marketing strategy driving high-quality enterprise leads.

- Execute account-based marketing (ABM) to target CXOs and decision-makers in priority industries.

- Oversee performance marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, WhatsApp) with clear ROI metrics.

Content & Thought Leadership

- Develop a content engine including blogs, whitepapers, videos, case studies, and webinars to position HostBooks as an ERP thought leader.

- Ensure content consistency across all touchpoints with strong SEO & conversion optimization.

- Collaborate with product and sales to build verticalized storytelling and solution narratives.

Events & Industry Engagement

- Drive visibility through industry events, trade shows, roundtables, and webinars.

- Partner with sales and product teams to create event-led lead generation programs.

- Represent HostBooks at industry forums and CXO networks.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary marketing team (content, digital, design, SEO, social).

- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with revenue goals.

- Foster a data-driven marketing culture with clear KPIs and accountability.

Qualifications & Requirements

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a top-tier B-school highly preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing for ERP, SaaS, or enterprise technology.

- Proven success in building and executing brand, digital, and demand generation strategies.

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot/Zoho, SEMrush, and marketing automation tools.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize ROI.

- Excellent storytelling, communication, and leadership abilities.
