Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Strategy: Drive and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets across multiple locations.
- P&L Management: Own the Profit & Loss responsibility for all assigned locations, ensuring financial growth and stability.
- Team Development: Lead, train, guide, and motivate sales teams to align them with the company's vision and values, ensuring maximum performance.
- Business Expansion: Identify new opportunities for business growth, negotiate deals with builders, developers, and key stakeholders, and build strong long-term relationships.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies and optimize performance.
- Performance Tracking: Develop and monitor sales forecasts, analyze key performance indicators, and ensure timely course corrections to meet business goals.
- MIS & Reporting: Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, market insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Training & Development: Design and implement sales training programs, ensuring that teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel.
- Rewards & Recognition: Plan and execute employee recognition and incentive programs to drive motivation and retention.
