What Is Our Requirement?
Role: Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager
Experience: 2 to 10 years
Market: Residential Real Estate
Location: Vashi, Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Drive Residential Real Estate Sales in Mumbai and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Engage in end-to-end discussions with buyers, educating them about the companys offerings.
- Attend and respond to inquiries generated through digital marketing platforms, addressing buyer needs and concerns.
- Develop relationships with top-selling developers, investors, and end-customers.
- Negotiate deals while consulting clients on market conditions, property prices, and investment opportunities.
- Provide expert advisory and consultation to customers, ensuring they secure the best real estate deals.
- Understand client needs and offer customized property solutions.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with predetermined leads.
- Showcase and sell primary residential properties to HNI customers, matching their investment goals.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
- Work closely with the internal CRM team to ensure smooth post-sales service.
- Demonstrate strong business ethics, customer focus, innovation, and problem-solving abilities.
