Holograph Technologies - Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery from planning and execution to closure.

You'll coordinate with stakeholders, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple projects across their full lifecycle

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables

- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, development, QA, and business stakeholders

- Monitor project progress, conduct regular status meetings, and report updates

- Manage project budgets, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and process optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-6 years of proven experience in project management

- Experience managing software/IT development projects

- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

- Experience using project management tools such as Jira

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

- Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field (PMP or similar certification is a plus)
