- Knowledge about handling Integrated Logistics services and inland transport services.

- Need sound knowledge about CKD & KD business process.

- To have better experience in the analyzation of new upcoming CKD business/Transport business proposals and need the skill to get an opinion on Tax & Legal aspects.

- Good Exposure to Supply chain management & Freight Forwarding Services and the needed skills to review and share opinions on new business proposals.

- Knowledge on the Advance Authorization & EPCG to handle the department of DGFT.

- Need to have knowledge on FTP (Foreign Trade Policy) applicability to Export Oriented companies.

- Knowledge in handling Customs on Export, Import, license renewals, and regular updates on Duty drawbacks and other incentive schemes and need to know AEO from customs to exporters.

- Knowledge of RBI / FEMA is required since GIN was an MNC established with overseas equities.

- Versatile in scrutiny of the business agreements and handling legal matters.

- Knowledge in ROC & MCA to cater to the requirements of ex-pats services in GIN.

- GIN obtained various licenses and certificates like Self Sealing, AEO-T2, AA, EPCG, etc., to know about the process.

- Exposure in finance to handle of all Government, Private, and Foreign Banks regarding BG/OD/DA/LC/GR Waiver., etc.

- Good knowledge of Central Excise & Service Tax to handle the pending Rebate Cases.
