Job Description

Role Purpose:

- To drive international sales and business expansion for high-performance process equipment used in pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing.

- The role requires identifying new markets, building strong relationships with distributors and end-users, managing key accounts, and ensuring consistent revenue growth in target geographies

Role Location: Maroli, 45 minutes' drive from Surat

Internal Designation: Senior Manager/AGM (depending upon previous experience and capabilities)

Team Size: Individual Contributor

Reporting to: VP

Deliverables:

- Sales and Marketing activities in countries with customer base for existing HLE Glascoat Products - North America, Latin America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, SEA, Israel, Egypt, and Russia

- Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities for process equipment in pharmaceutical and chemical sectors across international markets.

- Conduct market analysis to determine customer needs, competition, and regional dynamics.

- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales through direct interactions, distributors, or channel partners.

- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, including RFQs, tenders, and contract negotiations.

- Participate in international trade shows, technical seminars, and business development missions.

- Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Production, QA/QC, Service) to ensure customer requirements are met.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.

- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and strategic plans for management review.

Non-negotiables:

- 8 to 16 years of International Sales Experience to Chemical and API industries

- Degree in Engineering

- Experience of working as a process engineer in a chemical industry is desirable
