Job Description:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Area Manager in the Food & Beverages industry. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations within a designated territory, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving profitability. This is a challenging role requiring strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple locations within the assigned territory

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement

- Provide guidance and support to market managers to ensure consistent adherence to company standards and procedures

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team

- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and supply chain, to ensure successful execution of company initiatives

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food and beverages industry, with at least 1 years in a managerial role

- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving KPI targets

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
