Cluster Manager - Healthcare Operation
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of healthcare services within the assigned cluster to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage healthcare consulting projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness, patient engagement, and service adoption.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions for staff to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Collaborate with the core team and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze operational data, and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and quality protocols.
- Manage budgets, resources, and logistics for smooth cluster-level operations.
- Represent the organization in external forums, community programs, and local healthcare initiatives.
- Flexibility to travel across the assigned cluster as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, consulting, or management.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication, presentation, and training abilities.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to marketing strategy development in the healthcare domain is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in a healthcare setting or NGO/healthcare project management is a strong plus.
