Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management & Reporting: Take full ownership of all bookkeeping, including the preparation and finalization of standalone and consolidated financial statements for quarterly and annual reporting.
- Taxation & Compliance: Oversee and manage all aspects of direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and payroll taxation, ensuring timely and accurate compliance.
- Accounts & Vendor Management: Lead Accounts Payable, handling vendor liaison and management. You will also be in charge of Accounts Receivable, managing the entire revenue cycle from follow-up to management reporting.
Strategic & Operational Support:
- Design, update, and publish various customized monthly MIS reports for management.
- Work with banks on both daily operations and strategic matters such as funding and non-funded instruments.
- Conduct project costing, with a focus on government PPP projects, and perform financial evaluations with clear presentations.
Inter-departmental Collaboration:
- Support the legal team with ROC/MCA compliances and the financial aspects of closing agreements and contracts.
- Prepare and furnish documentation required for government bid submissions.
Required Qualifications:
- Professional Qualification: Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of total experience, with at least 6 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant industry.
Domain Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of MSME compliances.
- Proven hands-on experience with vendor management.
