Assistant Manager - Human Resources
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Industrial Relations & Compliance: Manage industrial relations, ensuring adherence to all industrial statutes. Administer the Payment of Wages & Bonus Act effectively.
- Manpower Management: Oversee manpower planning, efficient recruitment and selection processes, and implement comprehensive training and development programs.
- Time & Attendance: Handle time-keeping and attendance management for all plant personnel.
- Employee Relations: Manage disciplinary matters and procedures, conduct grievance handling, and implement progressive personnel management practices.
- Welfare & Safety: Drive employee welfare activities and ensure robust security and safety protocols are in place and followed.
- Contractor Management: Oversee the employment and administration of contractors, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Requirements:
Education: MBA (HR) / MPM / MSW.
Experience: 15 to 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration, preferably within a manufacturing or agro-based industry.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of industrial statutes, excellent communication skills, proven ability in recruitment, training, employee relations, and general administration.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach is essential.
