Himalaya Wellness - AGM - IT - Business Partner - SCM & Procurement

Position Summary:

AGM - IT (Supply Chain & Procurement Domain)

Purpose: oversee the technology landscape supporting our end-to-end supply chain and procurement functions. This role will be responsible for strategic IT planning, process automation, system integration, and the delivery of scalable, data-driven solutions. The position is based in our Bangalore corporate office and reports directly to the Head of IT.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute IT strategies for Supply Chain and Procurement aligned with business objectives.

- Lead implementation and adoption of systems such as SAP WM/ EWM, SAP IBP/APO, Ariba /e-Procurement platforms, and TMS.

- Collaborate with Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, and Quality teams to gather requirements and provide effective IT solutions.

- Ensure enrichment and robustness of Supply Chain Data Lake and Power BI to enable supply chain function on their journey of data-driven operations

- Drive digital transformation initiatives including IoT integration, AI/ML-based demand forecasting, and supplier collaboration tools.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and internal audit standards.

- Manage large-scale IT projects, including vendor selection, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to deliver high-impact business results.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes in FMCG and/or Life Sciences industries

- Hands-on experience with SAP modules (MM, WM, IBP/APO, Ariba), WMS, TMS, and supplier portals

- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Azure Data Lake, Power BI/Tableau), and leveraging AI to solve business problems.

- Excellent project and vendor management skills with a track record of delivering enterprise-scale solutions

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
