About the Role:

Were looking for a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory, logistics, stock movement, and vendor coordination across our retail and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in inventory flow, warehousing operations, stock audits, and reporting ensuring optimal inventory availability and efficient stock handling across all stores.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end inventory flow between warehouse and retail stores.

- Ensure timely stock availability across stores to meet sales and operational needs.

- Manage stock allocation, IBTs (inter-branch transfers), and RTVs (return to vendor) including documentation and dispatch.

- Handle order placement, reordering, and merchandise procurement based on sell-through and stock health.

- Coordinate frequently with vendors and suppliers regarding stock status and delivery timelines.

- Maintain efficient warehousing practices, including stock storage, dispatch planning, and audit processes.

- Manage purchase orders (POs), vendor invoicing, and maintain procurement records.

- Generate and analyze stock reports, sales analysis, and sell-through data to aid decision-making.

- Collaborate with the General Manager and accounts team for stock audits, payment reconciliations, and inventory validations.

Requirements:

- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in warehouse/inventory management or retail operations.

- Strong understanding of inventory lifecycle, logistics, and documentation processes.

- Experience with stock audits, vendor coordination, and ERP/inventory management systems.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel for report generation and analysis.

- Ability to lead and manage warehouse staff effectively.

- Strong communication and coordination abilities across teams and vendors.
