Job Summary:

Hidesign India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Assistant Retail Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the fashion and retail industry. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader responsible for ensuring the sales performance and growth of our Exclusive Brand Outlets. This role requires a professional who can effectively implement store processes, maintain high visual standards, and motivate a team to achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales performance and ensure the overall growth of our Exclusive Brand Outlets.

- Implement and monitor all store processes and systems to evaluate overall operational performance and improve efficiency.

- Uphold and improve the performance of stores by ensuring the team provides the best customer service in line with Hidesign's values.

- Maintain proper visual merchandising and ensure the highest visual standards are consistently met within the store.

- Train, motivate, and manage the retail team to ensure they perform at their best and achieve all assigned targets.

- Conduct proper stock planning and analysis to ensure the right products are available at the right time and place.

- Coordinate with the head office to resolve issues and secure the necessary support for smooth store operations.

- Participate in marketing and brand promotion events to ensure their success and enhance brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the fashion and retail industry.

- A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or a degree in Retail/Fashion Management.

- Strong logical, analytical, and numerical skills.

- Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills.

- Proven team management skills.

- A sound knowledge of IT systems and applications relevant to retail operations.
