Job Type: Full-Time
Work Timings: Wednesday to Sunday 11 AM to 8 PM, Monday 11 AM to 5 PM &Tuesday week off
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead & Manage Team: Lead and mentor a team of KAMs and Placement Associates, driving successful learner placements and ensuring team alignment with goals.
- Client Acquisition & Growth: Acquire new clients (companies with relevant tech stacks) and develop long-term partnerships to drive consistent business growth.
- Relationship Building & Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and delivering value.
- Learner-Client Matching: Map learners to appropriate roles in client organizations based on their skills and client requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across teams.
- Pipeline Monitoring & Follow-Up: Monitor and track the placement pipelines of learners, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful conversions.
- Customer Service & Market Analysis: Provide exceptional customer service, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies for better outcomes.
- Reporting & Data Insights: Provide regular reports on placement activities and share data-driven insights with senior management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales, KAM, and client acquisition, with 2+ year in team leading.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Client Management: Proven ability to manage premium clients and drive business growth.
