About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales HR Business Partner to drive frontend productivity, build people capabilities, and strengthen the partnership between HR and our Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales leadership to enhance sales efficiency through manpower productivity initiatives.
- Define and monitor manning norms for all frontend associates.
Implement and execute standardized HR processes, communication plans, and capability-building programs.
- Manage Market Developer teams to ensure stability and retention in the field force.
- Promote an inclusive organizational culture, focusing on diversity and creating a safe, secure workplace for all frontend associates.
Qualifications:
- MBA in HR (B-School graduates will be given first priority).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience; prior Sales HR exposure is an advantage.
Quick learner, adaptable, and eager to take on new challenges.

- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint proficiency (knowledge of SAP, Zoho, or similar HR tools is a plus)
Travel Requirement:
