Job Title: Head - HR Corporate

Department: Human Resources

Reporting to: HOD - Human Resources

Direct Reports: 13-14 (HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Trainers)

Location: Gurgaon

The company caters to a diverse range of industries, including Automotive, Hi-Tech, Telecommunications, Retail & Consumer Products, Cold Chain, E-commerce, and Pharmaceuticals. Its services encompass freight handling, warehousing, third-party logistics, and project cargo management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Management: Oversee strategies for identifying, developing, and retaining talent across the organization.

- Talent Acquisition: Drive recruitment processes, ensuring the attraction and hiring of top talent.

- Performance Management System (PMS): Implement and manage performance management frameworks that align with business goals.

- Internal Leadership Development: Develop and implement leadership programs to foster internal talent growth.

- Retention and Succession Planning: Design retention strategies and succession plans to secure a strong leadership pipeline.

- Training Programs: Oversee the development and execution of training programs for employee development.

- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance, and operational efficiency.

Functional Knowledge:

- Talent Acquisition: Comprehensive understanding of talent sourcing and recruitment processes.

- Performance Management: Expertise in implementing and managing performance systems.

- Employee Engagement: Ability to drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.

- Training & Development: Skilled in training needs analysis, leadership development, and employee upskilling.

- Coaching & Mentoring: Experience in providing coaching and career development support.

- Succession Planning: Expertise in planning and developing future leadership within the organization.

Qualifications:

- Graduate and Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science, or a related field from a recognized university.

Experience:

- 15-17 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years in an Organizational Development role.

- Preferred experience from a homegrown business background, and a service industry focus.
