Position: Sr. Freight Forwarding

Grade: GM/AVP

Education: Any Postgraduate

Experience: 15-25 years

Job Purpose:

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Shipping & Freight Forwarding and will be responsible for managing and optimizing logistics and transportation processes. The role involves coordinating shipments, negotiating with carriers, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and overseeing customer service. Additionally, the candidate will lead the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the International Business, covering both Indian and international operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Expertise in SEA/AIR/LAND EXIM port operations.

- Strong network with Shipping Lines, NVOCCs, and Airlines.

- Active connections with Freight Forwarding-related associations.

- Proven experience in people management and leadership.

- Strong carrier relationship management.

- Ensure compliance with system, documentation, and regulatory requirements.

- Drive P&L management and product development.

- Build and maintain customer relationships and industry networking.

- Conduct thorough cost analysis and process optimization.

- Must have a valid passport and prior international travel experience.
