Job Title: Client Solutions Manager - Workplace Design & Build

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Formulation


- Conduct thorough analysis to understand client needs, preferences, and challenges.

- Develop and execute strategies to drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

- Identify new business opportunities and leverage existing relationships for upselling and cross-selling.

- Collaborate with sales, design, and project management teams to align solutions with organizational goals.

- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to anticipate market changes.

- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure continuous engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

- Set measurable objectives, track performance, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.

- Enhance brand visibility through targeted campaigns and client success stories.

Business Operations:

- Conduct market research on clients, competitors, industry trends, and upcoming projects.

- Generate, track, and manage leads to secure new business.

- Prepare and deliver tailored pitches and presentations to meet client needs.

- Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to successfully close deals.

- Develop proposals, presentations, and service offerings to win projects.

- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to build relationships and partnerships.

Culture & Collaboration

- Promote a collaborative, respectful, and open communication culture.

- Work seamlessly across teams to support sales processes, including lead qualification, strategy development, client outreach, pitch coordination, and deal closure.

- Foster a positive and team-oriented environment across all business units.

Requirements

- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.

- Minimum 7+ years of experience managing complex B2B sales cycles, preferably with multinational clients.

- Strong understanding of the Workplace Market Sector.

- Experience in architecture, interior design, or related industries is preferred.
