Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Mumbai (Powai)

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) (Mandatory)

Experience: 12+ years (with 5+ years in Leadership roles)

Role Overview:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for managing all financial aspects of the hospitality vertical to ensure its growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership:

- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Provide financial insights to support decision-making at the executive level.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Oversee the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

- Monitor performance against budgets and recommend corrective actions.

Financial Management and Reporting:

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.

- Manage external audits and regulatory compliance.

Operational Efficiency:

- Implement and maintain robust financial systems, policies, and procedures.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.

Risk Management:

- Assess and mitigate financial risks.

- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.

Leadership and Team Management:

- Build, lead, and mentor the finance team.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Key Attributes:

- Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and risk management.

- Strong knowledge of industry-specific accounting principles and tax regulations.

Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
