About the Role:
- This role is critical to ensuring advertising campaigns run smoothly, efficiently, and deliver measurable results for our clients
- As a Lead - Ad Operations & Analytics, you'll support the planning, execution, and optimization of ad operations. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, data analytics, product, etc. to ensure that there is optimal visibility of Ads to our users and also delivers outcomes for our clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end execution of ad campaigns. Right from selecting doctors for the campaign, deciding on optimal impressions, to delivering outcome reports
- Monitor campaign health, flag issues proactively, and participate in post-campaign analysis and reporting.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline ad operations
- Understand the outcomes expected by the client and run campaigns accordingly to optimize for the expected outcomes
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis role and taking data based decisions
- Comfortable working with data; ability to interpret metrics and deliver insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in excel is mandatory. Strong skills in SQL and python are good to have
- An MBA from a tier-1 business school/ more than 2 years of experience working in a business role in a startup environment
- Preferable to have some experience in pharmaceuticals/ healthcare
