Job Title Business Analytics & Insights Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and analytically strong professional to lead Business Analytics & Insights at Healthium Medtech. This role demands a rare combination of technical depth, strategic thinking, and business acumen. You will be responsible for building advanced analytics frameworks, translating data into actionable commercial insights, and enabling decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytics & Insight Generation
- Build and deploy advanced analytics models (predictive, prescriptive, segmentation, forecasting) to influence key business decisions.
- Connect the dots across leading and lagging KPIs to uncover drivers of performance and commercial opportunities.
- Design dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and present insights using crisp and compelling storytelling.
Data Strategy & Platform Integration
- Partner with IT, Digital, and Commercial teams to align CRM platforms, and analytics systems.
- Ensure high data quality, governance, and integration across systems to support real-time decision-making.
AI/ML & Innovation
- Design and apply machine learning models and advanced AI use cases across marketing mix optimization, rep call planning, churn prediction, etc.
- Stay ahead of analytics trends and proactively introduce innovation to elevate commercial decision support.
- Partner with Tech team in deploying new age AI /ML solutions to drive efficiency in
our business operations.
Stakeholder Management
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, L&D, and Finance teams to co-create solutions.
- Influence decisions by framing insights in a business-first language and driving data-driven culture.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education:
- B. Tech/B.E. from Tier-1 Engineering Institute
- MBA from a Tier-1 B-school with a strong quantitative focus.
- Certification or coursework in AI, ML, or Data Science preferred.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in advanced analytics, commercial insights, or business intelligence.
- Prior experience in Pharma, MedTech, or Healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Good understanding of Python/R, and exposure to ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.).
Familiarity with CRM and SFA tools (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

Strong communication, storytelling, and executive presence.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority.
