What Youll Do
System Expertise & Support
- Act as a subject matter expert for core HR systems, managing configurations, workflows, and user support.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution support for system issues, ensuring thorough testing prior to deployment.
- Ensure system integrity and alignment with global HR policies and compliance standards.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of India-specific HR operations, policies, and programs to effectively align with and support broader regional and global HR strategies.
System Implementation & Optimization
- Drive end-to-end HRIS implementation projects, including solution design, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization.
- Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.
- Translate complex business needs into system configurations and enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience.
- Support the development and execution of change management strategies, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption planning.
- Continuously assess system performance and identify opportunities for automation, integration, and innovation.
Data, Analytics & Innovation
- Lead the development and maintenance of HR dashboards and standard reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Respond to a high volume of ad hoc reporting requests, delivering timely, accurate, and actionable insights to HR and business stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems and geographies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for predictive analytics, trend analysis, and data driven insights.
- Explore and implement AI-driven tools and automation to enhance reporting efficiency, reduce manual effort, and uncover deeper insights from HR data.
- Support audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting needs with precision and confidentiality.
Global Collaboration
- Partner with HR teams across geographies to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions.
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to HR users globally.
- Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness by ensuring strong time zone overlap with U.S.-based stakeholders to support effective global collaboration.
What You Bring
- Bachelors/ Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 + years of experience in HRIS administration with hands-on experience in at least one enterprise HR system.
- Experience with UKG Pro and/or Workday strongly preferred.
- Proven experience leading HRIS implementations or major system upgrades.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and data visualization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones and cultures.
Bonus Points For
- Experience supporting both U.S. and international HR processes
- Familiarity with global compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile).
