HealthPlix through its assistive-AI powered EMR software empowers doctors to drive Better Health Outcomes for their patients. Currently, 1.6+ crore patients across India have been treated through HealthPlix EMR platform by doctors practicing across 20+ specialties. Our doctor base and geographic makes us the largest EMR software used by doctors to digitize the care in Indian healthcare.
We are able to leverage the de-identified data to provide market trends and real-world insights to our pharmaceutical clients. We work with them to understand the strategic and tactical problems they are facing, and solve for the same. We also improve their marketing communication through real world studies and provide a digital marketing platform for them to drive doctor engagement.
Key Focus:
- In pursuit of continuous improvement and to match our exponential growth, Finance has embarked on a digital transformation journey to build a scalable Finance function.
- To support this effort, we are looking for a leader who will be responsible to transform Finance processes via automation and standardization.
- This leader will be focussed on eliminating manual work and improving processes by identifying and implementing state-of-the-art technology to support Record to Report and Order to Cash operations.
- They will also be expected to support other Finance processes as we progress through our transformation journey.
Responsibilities:
- Assess end-to-end Finance Record to Report and Order to Pay processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities
- Prioritize identified opportunities and develop a plan for delivery
- Work with stakeholders to implement controls, automation and/or process changes
- Support agile implementation of finance process automation; highlight risks/ issues and support mitigation/ resolution
- Align, deliver, and report progress on key process KPIs
- Manage stakeholders to understand their requests, determine criticality, asses change impacts and drive implementation
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, eliminate unnecessary work and automate manual processes to solve operational issues and drive standardization where possible
- Track issues in the process and provide continuous training/ feedback to process teams and other stakeholders to drive adoption of new ways of operating
- Maintain accurate financial records in MIS with supportings
- Invoicing and Revenue Recognition in a project centric environment post checking relevant contracts, terms, GST and other norms and internal controls applicable.
- Coordinate with the secretarial team (external) for ensuring corporate actions are completed within in the statutory timelines.
Job requirements:
- 3-4 years for a CA in a Midsized company
- Hands on experience on Zoho books
- Well versed with MS- Excel
- Experience in service Industry/Big 4 would be an added advantage
- Able to create value using good business judgment
- Strong results orientation - is able to focus and deliver results
