What We're Looking For:

What's needed?

- 15+ years of experience leading workplace transformation, admin, or facility operations - ideally across both office and factory setups.

- Strong understanding of smart technologies, automation, and digital tools in workplace and facility management.

- Hands-on experience managing external partners and service providers.

- A strategic thinker and agile executor - equally comfortable in boardroom presentations and on-the-ground operations.

- Excellent communicator with strong leadership and people skills.

- A passion for innovation, service excellence, and creating wow-worthy experiences.
