Head of Workforce Planning


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Workforce Planning:

- Develop and lead enterprise-wide workforce planning strategies that align with business goals, market trends, and future capability requirements.

Talent Forecasting & Modeling:

- Build predictive models to anticipate talent gaps, optimize headcount, and inform hiring, reskilling, and succession planning initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Partner with senior leadership, HRBPs, Finance, and Operations to translate business strategy into actionable workforce plans.

Data-Driven Insights:

- Leverage workforce analytics to provide insights on talent supply and demand, attrition trends, and productivity metrics.

Scenario Planning:

- Design and implement workforce scenarios to support business continuity, transformation, and growth initiatives.

Technology & Tools:

- Drive adoption of workforce planning tools and platforms; ensure integration with HRIS, ATS, and other enterprise systems.

Governance & Compliance:

- Establish workforce planning governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with labor laws, diversity goals, and organizational policies.
