JOB PURPOSE:

To design initiatives to promote and drive organizational values , enabling multi-generation employees across the group to have deeper understanding of values and inspire them to demonstrate these values to create a unique and high-performance culture.

To design program content & ensue high quality delivery of learning programs for diverse set of employees including multi-generational, across hierarchy and multiple businesses within Group.

Induction Sessions for new employees:

- Induction sessions for various businesses at various locations - Interactions with new leaders on values - One to one meeting

% of new employees covered in induction sessions

- Values Clarification Workshops:

- Within three years of joining all employees attend values workshops - Monthly half a day workshops on values

% of new employees attending workshops

Values Trainers Programs:

- Select People Mangers are trained every year as Value Trainers - Six months "Living Values" Training sessions for People Managers selected from all businesses and all locations

No. of training programs:

- Inner Excellence (Spirituality) Initiative

- Hosting Weekly prayer sessions

- Organizing Seminars/knowledge/practice sessions by spiritual organizations/personalities

- Organizing Training & Certification programs at locations by spiritual organizations

No. of initiatives:

- Value Awareness Initiatives:

- Conducting Values Fairs/Values Weeks/Value Orientation sessions for various businesses

- Preparing and rolling out E-Learning Programs

Value Ambassadors Program:

- Nurturing select employees in each business as value boosters and as volunteers to support initiatives around values

- Develop and execute values and culture framework - Prepare and execute periodic studies on understanding perspective of employees of various age groups on culture and values and how it shapes organizational ethos

- Oversee the creation and implementation of programs that build momentum for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI)

52 weekly prayer sessions per year

- 20 Spiritual seminars/trainings/programs per year

- One values trainers program spreading over six months with 10 sessions and daily interactions - Ongoing Monthly meetings with Values Ambassadors and sending regular communications on values

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

- Master's degree in fields such as communication, psychology or sociology

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

- 16 to 20 years of experience with leadership programs, a deep understanding of culture, values and Beliefs, and a proven track record in the L&D field as a trainer.
