We are hiring a Head of User Growth for a fast-growing consumer internet company backed by top-tier investors. The company is building a mobile-first lifestyle product and is now looking for a strategic leader to drive the next phase of scale across acquisition, retention, and monetization.
This is a high-impact, leadership role for someone who combines deep growth thinking with experimentation rigor, and thrives in 0-1 environments.
What You'll Own:
- Growth Strategy & Execution: Own end-to-end user funnel - from awareness to activation, engagement to retention, and monetization.
- Revenue Leadership: Build and grow monetization levers within the app, including new formats, upsells, microtransactions, and subscription/loyalty programs.
- Cross-functional Ownership: Work closely with Product, Performance Marketing, Data, and Brand to run high-velocity experiments and growth loops.
- User Insights & Segmentation: Deeply understand user personas, cohorts, drop-offs, and behavioral drivers to influence strategy.
- Growth Loops & Flywheels: Build scalable, cost-efficient acquisition and engagement loops.
- Analytics & Optimization: Set up dashboards and KPI tracking frameworks; own key metrics like CAC, LTV, retention curves, payback periods, ARPU, etc.
- Team Building: Build and lead a cross-functional growth pod - including analysts, marketers, and designers.
What We're Looking For:
- 8-12 years of experience in growth, revenue, at high-growth consumer tech companies.
- Proven experience owning and scaling digital P&Ls or monetization products.
- Strong command over data, funnel optimization, cohort analysis, and user behavior.
- First-principles thinking and creative problem-solving approach - someone who spots growth opportunities and solves for them innovatively.
- Comfortable operating in high-speed, iterative environments with strong ownership bias.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, design and run experiments, and iterate rapidly.
