Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of finance and accounting services for US-based clients.
- Ensure high-quality service standards and adherence to SLAs.
- Oversee implementation and migration of accounting and payroll systems.
- Guide teams on complex accounting transactions in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Mentor and develop team leads, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for clients, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and client onboarding.
