We're Hiring - Business Process Expert (Record-to-Report Transformation).

Location: Pune.

Budget : 40 LPA.

Education: CA only.

Summary:

Are you a finance transformation leader with deep expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes ? We are looking for a Business Process Expert - R2R to join a global MNC and drive finance transformation, digitalization, and process excellence across international entities.

What you'll do:

- Lead end-to-end R2R transformation (not operations).

- Drive process standardization, automation, and ERP/EPM system enhancements (SAP S4 HANA / Oracle Cloud).

- Work closely with global finance, IT, and transformation leaders.

- Implement best practices, Lean/Kaizen/PDCA for continuous improvement.

- Provide strategic insights to align finance architecture with business goals.

What we're looking for:

- 10+ years' experience in Record-to-Report (finance transformation focus).

- Strong exposure to process reengineering, global projects, ERP/EPM tools.

- CA-certified.

- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.
